BRAVES DAY
Saturday, May 29th:Braves vs. the Pittsburgh Pirates game scheduled for 7:00pm. The parade will begin at approximately 6:30 pm. Lineup will begin around 5:45pm.
I recommend that teams meet at the Hank Aaron statue and then go to the ramp as a team. The team can go line up and parents can go to the outfield to cheer for their team. This will help decrease the number of people on the ramp.
For those of you new to RYBA
Braves day is when RYBA as a whole plans a night out at the Braves game. Each team marches around the field at the stadium and is individually announced. The kids love being on the BIG field! Tickets are $16.00, $6.00 from each ticket will be given to RYBA to help improve our park. The tickets will be on a first come first serve basis; we have only been slotted 800 tickets. Please get your orders in early to get the best seats available to us. Orders must be turned in as a team, no checks accepted, cash or money order only! and no money no tickets. Please turn orders (use attached form) in envelope to Candy Walker at the Miracle League concession stand no later than May 15th. I will pass out info concerning parade with your tickets. Line up is first come first serve. You can pick up Braves tickets the week of May 24th from the Miracle League concession stand.All teams must be in uniform, no cleats please.
Remember this is a fundraiser. Let’s get everyone involved, Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, friends and neighbors, it is not just for our teams.
